Nenndorfer Haarstudio

Extras: sauces, salads and much more ...



Unagi (sauce nigiri and more ...:))

80 ml soy sauce

35 ml mirin

50 g sugar

20 ml of Sake


Boil
Mirin and Sake. Add sugar and stir until is dissolved. Add soy sauce and cook everything on low heat for 15-20 minutes.



ACUTE mayonnaise
