finally found a moment to sushi on Monday:) This was the fastest of sushi that I've done (not counting because the rice cooker it took me a little over an hour) Most sushi devote an entire afternoon to be able to enjoy the creative phase;) This time, no one knows why ignored the morning alarm clock and woke up 4 hours too late!
