How to make nigiri-sushi?
Nigiri or ball of rice with fish or other component. Often, girded with a piece of nori.
Take the left hand fingers to any component of such a piece of salmon. Apply wasabi into the middle finger right hand (1).
Take the right hand the ball of rice (about 18 grams) and press to a piece of fish, making a left hand thumb in the rice wgniecienie (2).
Gently turn the whole inside my left hand, so that now the rice is underneath.
Squeeze gently whole, nearly closing the left hand and push all the fingers of the right-hand (3).
Turn the whole again, so that the fish is on the bottom and squeeze the whole again. Repeat everything twice.
If you want to gird nigiri nori, just the bar with a length of 7 cm and a thickness of 1 cm.
